Our Shopping & Return Policy:

  • Items can only be returned for online store credit. OTB cannot issue refunds.​

  • All returns must be received BY Outta the Box Boutique within 7 days of the date that your order was delivered to you.​

  • RETURNS: Items returned within the 1 week timeframe will only be accepted in new condition and with your FULL name listed. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of odors, laundry detergent, perfumes, deodorant and makeup/dirt markings, and hair, and all tags must still be attached. If your return violates any of the items listed, and/or is returned to OTB after the 7 day period, your account will not be credited nor will it be shipped back to you. These items will be donated to local non-profits in the Akron, OH, area. Please allow OTB 5 business days to process your return and credit your account once it is received.

  • EXCHANGES: If OTB has the item you need in stock, in the size you want, you will be responsible for shipping your item back to OTB. Once OTB receives your return, (and it is free of all items listed in the “Returns” bullet point above) your account will be credited (minus the shipping cost), and you can then purchase the correct size with that credit (if you choose to wait for the credit to be applied). If you’d like to purchase the item right away, you can use the account credit on a future purchase. OTB is not responsible for holding your item(s) while your return is in the works.

  • SHIPPING COSTS: OTB will not refund any shipping charges when making a return. This rule applies for the shipping cost a customer incurs when making the purchase, as well as returning an order (unless the reason for the return is due to an OTB error).

  • DAMAGED ITEM: If the reason for returning an item is due to a manufacturing flaw, please contact OTB within the first 48 hours of receiving your damaged item at outtatheboxboutique@gmail.com and include a photo of the damaged area.

  • FINAL SALE: All discounted items, and all items that are UNDER $20, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. If a coupon code is used (free shipping code doesn’t apply to this), OTB cannot accept a return/exchange for that ENTIRE order. Other items NOT eligible for return: final sale items, and Holiday themed fabric/items (i.e. Christmas pajamas, St. Patty’s Day, Fourth of July themed clothing, etc.).

  • OTB is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the shipping process (OTB shipping to you or you shipping to OTB). OTB recommends sending your return with a tracking number. Credit will not be issued for items OTB doesn’t receive.

  • OTB has the right to refuse returns from a customer indefinitely in the event that he/she is frequently returning items to us. Our software provides a return rate percentage for each OTB customer. Once a customer’s percentage nears 50%, our team will reach out and give that customer a heads up. If a customer reaches or exceeds that 50% return rate, we will no longer be able to accept returns from that customer. You will be notified if this is the case. Thank you for your understanding!
